Overall Impression:
The caraway is very pronounced up front, but the sweetness and creaminess of the beer work well together with it. We really liked this beer. The problem is, we were there for the Barrel Aged Scotch Ale, and I think we forced ourselves to to pound this down, which was very hard to do because of the strong flavors. The other thing I like about it is the caraway did not repeat on me.
