Wanka

Wanka is an Imperial/Double IPA that was brewed with 4 different malts, and hopped with Fuggles & East Kent Goldings for an earthy/floral aroma & flavor. ECY07 Scottish Ale yeast created the fruity profile with oak esters reminiscent of malt whiskey. We then we aged this mighty brew with oak chips and Bourbon to take it to another level. PROST!

Starting Gravity: 1.086
Final Gravity: 1.018
ABV: 9.5% (with the extra Bourbon factored in)
