Hangovers - Prevention and Cures

First off, Beer Godz do NOT get hangovers!!! That is a mortal issue!

Why???:

1. We don't drink crappy beer
2. We don't drink to get all fucked up...we actually enjoy our QCB
3. We're Beer Godz, damn it!!!

For you mortals, 1 & 2 above are your common sense preventative measures.

For those times when you lose control and you over-indulge, here are a few helpful tips:

1. Drink plenty of water/fluids before you go to bed
2. Take a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement with the water
3. A nice, large, hearty meal can work wonders. Go to the local diner and get a Burger or an Omelet - the bigger the better. Fill up the hollow leg if you have one
4. And when all else fails, get your fat, lazy, mortal ass to the fucking gym and work out like a maniac. You'll sweat it out; you may even hurl; but when it's all said and done, you'll feel infinitely better!
