Dark mahogany color, creamy beige head, light lacing

Smell: 9.5
Malty, chocolate, roasted nuts, caramel

Taste: 10
Up Front: Malt, dark fruit, burnt toast, toffee, vanilla. Finish: Chocolate with a slight fruity finish

Mouthfeel: 10
Creamy and smooth

Drinkability: 10
Keep em’ coming!

Cost/12 oz serving: $6.50 - it's $4.00 for bottles (green ones)

Overall Impression:
Had this one on tap and it was De-LISH! This beer has great depth to it, but it’s not overpowering, so you can have more than one. Herr Rick took a sip of my beer and he liked it too!

Founders Double Trouble

Light copper color, small frothy head, thin lacing

Smell: 9.5
Hoppy, pine, citrus, honey

Taste: 10
Up Front: Malt, grapefruit, grass, caramel, pepper, alcohol
Finish: Slightly bready and sweet, then the spiciness of the hops hit

Mouthfeel: 10
Creamy and smooth with a touch of carbonation

Drinkability: 10
YOWZA! So much going on! If it wasn’t for the high ABV, I could drink this all day!

Overall Impression:
This one goes on the Mikey Likey List for sure! A nice hoppy punch in the face with a sweet malty backbone makes this one a winner!

St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition

Bright golden color, cloudy, fluffy white head, very good retention & lacing

Smell: 9
Blast of brett funk, citrus

Taste: 9.5
Up Front: Very tart, lemon, brett funk comes in next
Finish: Sweet candy sugar, and then some bready malt.

Mouthfeel: 9
Medium/low body and effervescent.

Drinkability: 8.5
If you like tart, sour and funky, it is a real treat.

Overall Score: 9

Cost/12 oz serving: $9.42

Overall Impression:
A real tart, thirst quencher. It stays Funkaliscious from beginning to end. This is an acquired taste, one that I have acquired :D
