Cloudy golden color, small head, nice lacing

Fruity, funky, cloves, banana, coriander

Up Front: Citrus, grass, sweet, slightly tart. Finish: Dry, fruity, spicy, bready

Clean and lightly carbonated

Drinkability: 8
A funky farmhouse quaffer for me! You don’t taste the alcohol in this girl!
Definitely a thirst quencher!

Overall Impression:
I would smack lips with Colette anytime! Not tops for the style, but it is worth a taste if you have the greenback!

  1. I felt that this was a pretty decent Saison. I like that it was not overly sweet. I did feel that the yeasty smell & flavor were a bit much - it reminded me of the smell when you transfer a batch of beer from the primary to secondary fermenter
