I would smack lips with Colette anytime! Not tops for the style, but it is worth a taste if you have the greenback!

I felt that this was a pretty decent Saison. I like that it was not overly sweet. I did feel that the yeasty smell & flavor were a bit much - it reminded me of the smell when you transfer a batch of beer from the primary to secondary fermenter
