At 9.6 ABV, it’s not the most potent barley wine out there, but that’s OK with me, cause I might have another!

Overall Impression:
WOAH! This is one complex beer! It’s malty up front and has a nice hoppy finish, but there is so much going on here! This is one beer that makes me wish winter would never end! I might have to sneak one of these on a cool summer night!

Overall Impression:
It was much better than I thought it would be. SN is known for hoppy beers with a lot of emphasis on citrus, so I was kinda expecting some strange Americanized version of a German Classic, but that was not the case here. It's damn good! This is a great style for Newbeez to check out. This ain't no Shocktop - it's the real deal

At 6.8 ABV, this one satisfies, and is a nice winter session beer

This is one of my favorite Christmas brews and it gives me a nice “Hop fix” in the cold of winter. Hop Heads rejoice!

Citrus and a pine characters dominate - very floral. Slight malt

Another winner from Sierra Nevada. Nice IPA - they do know how to use hopz effectively!

A nice malty ale, that is very easy to drink, and a great value! Definitely Recommended! Newbeez may want to start out with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale first

Light, almost like champagne, slightly sweet, bready aftertaste

Slightly high for a mortal session beer, but it is easy to drink

Overall Impression:
Heller Bock is a good transition beer from winter to spring, and would be a good "starter" QCB because of it's pilsner like characteristics. It would also pair nicely with many foods because it's not overpowering
